    SHIPPING

    • Unsung Hero ships via Canada Post within Canada and United States.
    • Multiple shipping options are available at checkout depending on order urgency. Flat rate shipping fees are determined by your postal/zip code.
    • All online orders receive confirmation and fulfillment updates by e-mail or text (your choice at checkout) with your tracking number.

    HANDLING

    • Online orders are processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. While Unsung Hero strives for next day shipments, such efforts cannot be guaranteed due to order volumes and complying with shipment provider cut-off times.
    • Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders placed Friday will be fulfilled the following business day (Monday).
    • Online orders using e-transfer payment method will not be fulfilled until funds have been received.
