SHIPPING

• Unsung Hero ships via Canada Post within Canada and United States.
• Multiple shipping options are available at checkout depending on order urgency. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are provided based on your postal/zip code.
• All online orders receive confirmation and fulfillment updates by e-mail or text (your choice at checkout) with your tracking number.

HANDLING

• Online orders are processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. While Unsung Hero strives for next day shipments, such efforts cannot be guaranteed due to order volumes and complying with shipment provider cut-off times.
• Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders placed Friday will be fulfilled the following business day (Monday).
• Online orders using e-transfer payment method will not be fulfilled until funds have been received.
• Unsung Hero is not liable for damages or losses incurred during transit and are the responsibility of the shipping provider. Online orders are insured and in the event of a loss or damage, Unsung Hero will issue a claim to the provider which may result in delays.

PICK-UP

• Online orders are available for pick-up at Unsung Hero headquarters (67 Iber road, Ottawa, Canada. K2S 1E7) during business operating hours (Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 7pm, EST). You will be notified within 48 hours via e-mail when order is processed and ready for pick-up.

TERMS 

• Sale items, accessories and gift cards are all final sale.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and scent-free with the original packaging and hang tags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
• Unsung Hero reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
• Unsung Hero is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. Tracked shipping methods are highly recommended.

HOW IT WORKS

Fill out our simple online return form here. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with simple instructions to complete the process. Upon arrival, the package will be inspected to make sure it is in the original state. A refund will then be issued to the original method of payment online.

In order to provide efficient customer service and manage inventory levels, we ask that you simply place a new order and submit a return for the item(s) you have for refund.

GUARANTEE

Quality first. In the event that you received a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival please fill out our simple online return form here within 7 days. Order number and e-mail are required. Provide a brief description and upload photo evidence. Once approved you will receive a paid shipping label to print and attach to the outside of your original packaging for a return. A new item will be sent once the defective item has been received.
