HANDLING
- Online orders are processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. While Unsung Hero strives for next day shipments, such efforts cannot be guaranteed due to order volumes and complying with shipment provider cut-off times.
- Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders placed Friday will be fulfilled the following business day (Monday).
- Online orders using e-transfer payment method will not be fulfilled until funds have been received.
