RETURNS
All regular priced items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and delicately tried on in the original packaging with tags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
If your unused product is defective submit a return within 30 days for a full return with no additional shipping fees.
Returned products are inspected before a refund can be issued to ensure they were delicately tried on and in the original condition without scent or visual evidence. If a product does not meet the resale standard a refund cannot be issued. The customer is responsible for returned shipping and handling fees.
Sale items including promotion discounts, preorders, charitable items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
We suggest using a tracked shipping service. Unsung Hero is unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or damaged returned shipments in transit.
Online returns are automated and easy. Using your order number and email to access, click the items you'd like return and the reasoning from the dropdown menu. Once submitted for review, you will receive an approval email within 2 business days with return shipping instructions. Click here to start
Within 2 business days of receiving your return - quality inspection pending. You will receive an email notification and your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment used. It may take up to 48 hours to reflect your bank account depending on your credit card provider.
The best way to exchange your online order is to simply place a new order for the item you want—and return the item you already have. Direct exchanges and refunds are achievable in person at Ottawa headquarters within our standard return policy.
