Where is the Unsung Hero Headquarters?

As ambassadors of the positive lifestyle how do you give back to the community?
Unsung Hero is proud to have contributed over $50,000 in the last 4 years to various charity initiatives. Some of the events we've participated in have been the Sens Foundation Plane Pull raising over $22,500.00 receiving the award for highest donors 3 years consecutively. We've helped coordinate the Annual Hockey Classic in Rockland, Ontario hosted by KHL goaltender Kevin Lalande. The events raised $10,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation.

How do your products fit? Do the athletic garments fit similar to the lifestyle pieces?
Our product sizing is pretty standard. Under each individual product you will find it's specifications, component breakdown, and size chart. You can see our complete product size chart as well as which products are featured in a given style on our Size Chart and Care Guide page. Note that the sizes may change slightly due to the different colours.
I ordered a product online and when it arrived it was damaged. What's your return policy?
Products may have defects or have gotten damaged in the production process. If your item is damaged please report your issue with us right away by contacting us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number. We will document your case and then direct you to fill our return form. Please note, this is applicable to all unworn items. In the event that you, the customer, had no handling with the damage goods, it is our expense for the returned shipping fees. If you are unsatisfied with the product and do not wish to have a new one shipped to you, you will be provided with a store credit. If the product was worn and not washed and you have realized there's a defect, it is crucial that you contact us right away. Once the garment has been inspected and we have classified it as production damage rather than wear and tear you will be shipped a new product at our expense.

I purchased a product online and it fits too large. What's the procedure to get a size smaller?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of purchase. We will document your case and then direct you to fill out our return form. Please note that this is applicable to all unworn items. Customer is responsible for the shipping expense for the unworn item. The desired product and size will then be shipped back out from the UHA headquarters at our expense. Should you feel unsatisfied with the product that had arrived we will gladly provide you with a store credit.
What is the gift card policy?
Gift cards are available in $50, $100, $150, $200. Gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire. Gift cards may be only be redeemed online. Once your payment has been processed you will be asked to provide an e-mail for the individual you are purchasing the card for. I started a cart and my browser shut down, is there anyway of tracing it?
In the case that you've fired up your browser and the cart is empty you may have to go through the process again. However, to prevent this from happening in the future you can start an account with us. By logging into your account you can pick up where you left off last, track your orders and view your order history for sizing. We also keep your address on file so you won't have to include all of your contact info with every product order.
I don't use social media, how can I stay in the loop with upcoming promotions and events?
Sign up for our newsletter by entering your email in the bottom right corner of the website. We don't believe in over spamming so you'll only receive promotions, contests and big news through your email.
