Return Policy

TERMS 

• All regular priced clothing items are eligible for 30 day returns.
• All sale items, accessories and gift cards are all final sale.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and scent-free with the original packaging and hang tags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
• Unsung Hero reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
• Unsung Hero is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. Tracked shipping methods are highly recommended.

PROCESS

Fill out our simple online return form here. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with simple instructions to complete the process. Upon arrival, the package will be inspected to make sure it is in the original state. A refund will then be issued to the original method of payment online. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges on regular priced items are available at Unsung Hero headquarters. For orders outside of Ottawa, Canada: In order to provide efficient customer service and manage inventory levels, we ask that you simply place a new order and submit a return for the item(s) you have for refund. 

GUARANTEE

Quality first. In the event that you received a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival please fill out our simple online return form here within 7 days. Order number and e-mail are required. Provide a brief description and upload photo evidence. Once approved you will receive a paid shipping label to print and attach to the outside of your original packaging for a return. A new item will be sent once the defective item has been received.
